Gas for Cooking from household waste..

Post by David Shah » Thu Jan 24, 2002 2:35 pm

I am going to heat my water with wood and
Solar so i just need Gas to Cook with, how big
a tank and how much humanure and garbage and
grass and leaves would i need to Cook3 meals
a day for 24 people.and would the manure of
24 people be enough to produce the Gas to
Cook 3 meals for 24 people assuming that the
meals are simple vegetarian,,because this
seems to be a very elegant solution,as if it
were an ecology of economy=food cycle

Hi David,

Did you check out my new digester calculator? With it, you should be able to answer some of your questions. To use it, you need to have Java enabled in your browser. If you have trouble getting it to work, let me know.
